JSAE is Japan's leading society of automotive engineers, whose purpose is to promote scientific culture, expand the industrial economy and improve the quality of people's lives by encouraging the development of automotive science and technology.
FISITA (International Federation of Automotive Engineering Societies)
FISITA is the world body for automotive engineers, with over 144,000 members in 38 countries. Established in 1948, FISITA is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to promote global co-operation in automotive engineering.
FISITA works closely with its network of member societies and major automotive companies to:
- support the professional development of automotive engineers
- disseminate and share the latest technical knowledge
- advance every aspect of the design, development, manufacture and use of vehicles
- encourage the development of vehicles which are safe, sustainable and affordable
- protect the environment and conserve natural resources
The FISITA World Automotive Congress is the longest established international technology conference in the automotive industry.
